End-user use of Wishboard is solely at your own risk as the app is for entertainment purposes only.

Wishboard, Wishboard.guru, Crystal Sky Solutions Inc, any of its individual employees, creators, and officers will never ask you for your personal nor financial information.

When using internet/network based features of Wishboard (such as image search, social features, and other applicable features), data usage and/or messaging usage charges may be incurred from your network provider based on the plan you are on.  Wishboard, Wishboard.guru, Crystal Sky Solutions Inc, any of its individual employees, creators, and officers are not responsible for these nor any other charges incurred from using Wishboard.

Because of only partially restricted web access, it is still possible for you to unintentionally search & display content from Image Search that is Not Safe for Work (NSFW) or offensive. We cannot control or be responsible for any objectionable content found from your web searches. Usage by children should always be supervised.  Please respect the copyrights of 3rd party content downloaded from the internet.

Wishboard currently does not support automatic syncing across devices and might not backup to iCloud. These features as well as backup/restore are coming in the future. If you delete the Wishboard app from an iDevice all of the Wishboards created within the app will also be deleted from it's local repository. End-user use of Wishboard is for entertainment purposes only and your use of the app is solely at your own risk.

Due to GDPR regulations & collection of app crash/stability stats, this app is currently not offered for use within the European Union (EU) or to EU citizens. If you are in this exclusion group and have this app installed on your iDevice, please immediately uninstall this app as use is prohibited until further notice.
